Le Grand Hotel Grenoble, BW Premier Collection By Best Western

This place suits me perfectly! It provides wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff was kind and assisted my old parents during our first stay. I recommend trying their welcome drink. I'll be back for Easter!

I was so close to giving this hotel a good review, but then i remembered the tiny room and the overpriced breakfast, which should at least come with complimentary tea. The final straw was not receiving any complimentary items after having to change rooms. What a letdown, . So disappointing in every way.

I stayed for 1 night and appreciated the room, which was great value and well-appointed with balcony. It had super central location close to Grenette Square. Nothing to complain about, the venue met needs well.

The location is perfect, near tram stops and dining options.

My room was very small. The coffee machine was the only beverage option. I also expected a bit more from the bathroom amenities, as it lacked a bathtub and had only basic toiletries.

Had a lovely chat with the staff. The breakfast spread was really something special, I mean those pastries were like a little slice of heaven!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, we felt it delivered on the value side.

Staff were great. The shower was gorgeous and the bed super comfy. Breakfast was grand with delicious freshly made eggs!

The hotel was perfect for our family getaway! Tiago and his team, and the cheerful atmosphere made it great for our little ones. Our superior room even had a lovely balcony where we soaked in the views of the mountains.

My wife says that some family amenities could be improved.

Enjoyable Stay with Fantastic Staff

The valet parking was a relief in the city center. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff-everyone spoke excellent English. Dining options nearby were plentiful. Tip, ensure to check for access codes for the street when arriving.

So central and convenient, such a fine view of the mountains.
